“Samvaad” is a Sanskrit word meaning “dialogue” or “conversation.” Our FREE Samvaad app supports both personal and professional growth, contributing to the success of individuals as well as the entire organization or community. It facilitates mentorship by enabling the sharing of knowledge, skills, insights, and experiences, helping mentees achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. Samvaad serves as a centralized platform where mentors and mentees can connect, collaborate, and grow together.

Mentors
- Create your account.
- Enter your Qualifications.
- Enter your Employment details.
- Add your Availability details, by clicking on the “Consultation” button. You can add multiple openings so that Mentees can setup a time with you.
- Under “Reservations” you can see who asked for a Consultation and you can approve it.
Mentees
- Create your account.
- Click on “Reservations” to create a new reservation with the Mentors
- It will show the available options. Select one and create a reservation.
- You can see the status of the consultation, under “Consultations“.
- You can provide a “Review” after the consultation.
